Important Reminders:

  1. Projects that use vertebrate animals, human subjects, and/or hazards (chemicals, organisms, tissues, equipment, tools, devices and dangerous materials) will need to be reviewed and approved by the Scientific Review Committee (SRC) BEFORE students can start their project. These students are encouraged to complete their project registration as soon as possible.

  2. OCSEF has multiple stages

    • Registration Deadline = Monday, February 3, 2025 (11:59pm)

    • Submission Deadline = Monday, February 24, 2025 (11:59pm)

  3. Visit our website to review our rules and guidelines (OCSEF Rules), especially regarding when a Certification Form is required for the use of vertebrate animals, human subjects, and/or hazards (chemicals, organisms, tissues, equipment, tools, devices and dangerous materials).
