• Human participants
• Vertebrate animals
• Potentially hazardous biological agents
• Potentially hazardous chemicals, devices or activities
• Early Registration required...and NEW Forms!
• Students must receive SRC Approval BEFORE starting their project.
• Contact us at info@ocsef.org if you need Pre-Approval before September.
• Check the Pre-Approval Flowchart (HERE) to see if your project requires pre-approval.

How to Create an Account and Open an Application:

New Users

• Click the green "Register" button to create an account for the student. Do NOT use a school email address.
• Verify your email address, then login.
• Open the 2027 OCSEF Application.
• Team projects -- only create one application for your project.

Returning Users

• If you already have an account, click "Log In".
• Click "forgot password", if needed.
• Open the 2027 OCSEF Application.
